About Me

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I have lived on the island of Kauai since 2015. I received my Masters in Social Work from University of Hawaii, attending the program while working for Child and Family Service and serving families and youth in our community. When I am not working, I am spending time with my family and our two dogs, either enjoying nature or catching up on chores!

 

Mental health has been an interest and passion of mine since my youth and I am proud to work with individuals who are invested in improving their lives and mental wellbeing. I am trained in EMDR and utilize skills from both CBT and DBT in my practice. I am currently offering telehealth sessions.
