About Me
Mental health and psychology have been lifelong passions of mine, rooted in my youth. I began my journey in the mental health field in 2009 and have been proudly serving the Kauai community in social services since 2016. My diverse background includes experience in non-profit, educational, acute psychiatric care, crisis outreach, and clinical settings.

Today, I am honored to transition that experience into private practice, partnering with individuals who are committed to improving their lives and mental well-being. I am trained in EMDR and integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to provide a well-rounded, evidence-based approach.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I have called Kauai home since 2015. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Hawaii while working for Child and Family Service. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and our two dogs—whether we are out enjoying nature or catching up on life at home.
